About the Event

In this session we will discuss best practices for evaluating and deploying inventory management systems with the end goal of creating a clinically integrated supply chain.  You will learn how to create alignment between clinical, supply chain, and IT teams that drive adoption of the system and enhance the delivery of patient care, while reducing waste and costs.  We will discuss key points of system evaluation and how to ensure they are weighted to the organization’s strategic goals.   Finally, we will shed light on the people and processes that should be considered before layering on a technology solution.

Presenters:

Kyle Keelan is       Principal, Health Systems Partnerships at WaveMark™ Solutions and has       consulted with over 100 hospitals: understanding both the common and       unique supply chain challenges that these systems face.  This       experience enables him to recommend and deploy best practices for the       clinically integrated supply chain of the future.

Christina Tosto is       Vice President, Customer Operations at WaveMark™ Solutions and leads a       large team of supply chain professionals which connects healthcare       providers and manufacturers to create clinically integrated, digitally       automated supply chains.  Christina is experienced in implementing       technology as a foundation for supply chain excellence at leading       healthcare institutions across the United States.  Her understanding       of the supply chain, as well as the interoperability of multiple systems       such as MMIS, ORIS, ERP and EMR, supports better patient care and       outcomes.
